"I" am part of the greater "WE". "I" must must act as an individual to realize my greatest potential. This will allow "I" to influence the "WE" and bring all of it's strengths and energy to the "WE". The "I" should only bring positive thoughts and energy to the "WE". When "I" grow "WE" grow. When "WE" suffer "I" suffer.
